Hey Sister...

I didn’t build Strong Women Rise because I had it all figured out. I built it because I spent too long trying to figure it out in isolation. After decades of giving everything to everyone else, I hit a wall. I felt drained, questioned my worth, wondered if my best days were behind me.

I refused to accept that. So I started doing the real work — digging into my own mindset, rebuilding my body’s strength, reclaiming my desires, and surrounding myself with women who were rising too.

What I discovered changed everything: When strong-minded, truth-seeking women come together, sharing honest stories, holding space without judgment, and cheering each other’s wins, something unstoppable happens. 

Strength multiplies. Momentum builds. Isolation turns into power.

I’ve hosted in-person events, led circles, and watched women go from “I’m stuck” to “I’m rising”, not because of me, but because of the collective fire in the room. I know how to create that space. 

I know how to keep it real, keep it moving forward, and keep it alive long after the event ends. And I know that no woman, no matter how strong, is meant to do this alone.

This Sisterhood is the result of everything I’ve lived, learned, and fought for. It’s the circle I wish I’d had 15 years ago.
